ARRIVE & CHECK-IN

Arrive at least 30 minutes early to check in and get set.
Check-in & paperwork: Sign your digital waiver and complete any required forms.
Damage waiver: Add coverage if you didn’t select it during booking.
ID verification: Valid ID required before heading out.

Our Operator Orientation safety briefing ensures you know exactly how to handle the machine.
We'll teach you the throttle, brake, and safety mechanics in 10 minutes.

What if I get the machine stuck?

Getting a little stuck is part of the adventure. On guided rides, we’ve got you covered and will get you moving again quickly. For rentals, we’ll show you what to do during your safety briefing, or you can give us a call and we’ll walk you through it.

What if I get lost?

No stress. All machines are equipped with GPS, and we’ll go over your route and provide a trail map before you head out. On guided rides, your guide handles navigation the entire time. For rentals, if you’re unsure where you are, just give us a call and we’ll help you get back on track.

What if the machine gets damaged?

We offer a damage waiver or insurance option that helps protect you if something happens. Normal wear and minor mishaps are part of riding, just don’t be reckless or abuse the machine.

What support is available?

We’re here if you need us. On guided rides, your guide handles everything so you can focus on the experience. For rentals, we’ll get you fully set up before you head out, and if anything comes up on the trail, just give us a call. We can walk you through it or come assist if needed.

What if I show up late?

We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes before your ride time so you have plenty of time to check in and get set up. If you arrive late, we may not be able to extend or shift your time without impacting other riders. If we do have an open slot later in the day, we’ll do our best to move you, but it is not guaranteed.

What if the weather's bad?

We ride in a wide range of conditions, and a little weather is part of the experience. If conditions are still safe, rides will go out as scheduled. If weather becomes unsafe, we may delay, reschedule, or cancel your ride. In that case, we’ll work with you to find another time or provide a refund if needed.

What is the insurance & damage waiver for?

The damage waiver or insurance is there to help protect you in case something happens to the machine during your ride. It can cover or reduce the cost of damage from things like minor accidents, tip-overs, or trail conditions. It does not cover reckless use or intentional damage, but it gives you peace of mind so you can enjoy the ride without worrying about every little bump or scratch.

Are there cancellations or refunds?

Yes. We offer flexible cancellation options, but timing matters. If you need to cancel or reschedule, let us know as early as possible. Changes made in advance are typically eligible for a refund or credit. Last-minute cancellations or no-shows may not be refundable. If something unexpected comes up, reach out and we’ll do our best to work with you.

We did a half day rental and it ended up being the highlight of our trip. The whole process was super easy from booking to check-in. They got us set up quickly, went over everything in a way that actually made sense, and didn’t rush us out the door. The machines were in great shape and easy to handle even for our group with mixed experience levels. Once we got out on the trails it just got better and better. Tons of different terrain and some really incredible views. Would 100% do this again.

Booked a guided ride kind of last minute and didn’t really know what to expect, but it turned out awesome. Our guide was great, kept things relaxed but still made sure everyone knew what they were doing before we got going. The ride itself was way better than I expected, not just following some boring route. We got into some really scenic areas and stopped a few times for photos. You can tell they know the area well and actually care about the experience. Definitely recommend if you’re visiting.

Rented ATVs for the afternoon and had a great experience overall. Check-in was quick, paperwork was straightforward, and they walked us through everything before we headed out which helped a lot. We’ve rented in other places where you kind of just get handed the keys, but this felt much more organized. Trails were easy to follow with the map they gave us and there was a good mix of terrain. Everything ran perfectly and we never felt lost or unsure of what to do. Really solid setup and we’d come back next time we’re in the area.
